Vendors may bring their own setup or choose to rent equipment for convenience.
All rentals will be delivered and set up on-site by BCR Creative Relations prior to vendor arrival.

Spaces will be located along Westminster & Aborn Streets, surrounding music, photo, and performance zones for high visibility.

βš™οΈ Vendor Requirements

  • Vendors have the option to bring their own 10Γ—10 pop-up tent, tables, and chairs, or may pay additional fees to have equipment rented and delivered on-site through BCR Creative Relations

  • Setup: 9:00–11:00 AM | Event Hours: 12–4 PM

  • Breakdown: Begins after 4:00 PM β€” must be fully completed by 5:30 PM

  • Vendors must hold a valid Rhode Island sales permit if selling goods

  • Keep your booth area clean and dispose of all trash properly

🌦️ Weather & Refund Policy

Holiday Paws Downtown Block Pawty is a rain-or-shine outdoor event.
Please plan accordingly with tent weights, coverings, and weather-ready displays.
No refunds will be issued due to weather or cancellations after acceptance.

  • Applications reviewed on a rolling basis until all 20 spaces are filled

  • Vendors selected based on product quality, presentation, and alignment with event theme

  • Accepted vendors will receive a confirmation email and invoice

  • Payment due within 5 days to hold your space

  • Final vendor list and booth assignments shared in November
