Holiday Paws is transforming Westminster & Aborn Streets into a joyful, dog-friendly holiday celebration in the heart of Downtown Providence! We’re welcoming local makers, pet-friendly brands, artists, nonprofits, and student creators to join us and help bring the festive spirit to life.

Participation Options
Standard Vendor Fee
$75
For local makers, artisans, pet brands, and small businesses.
Vendors bring their own setup (tents, tables, displays).
Community / Nonprofit Rate
$37.50 (50% off)
For verified nonprofits and community groups.
Student Artist Spots – Free
We’re offering 10 free shared spaces for high school and college artists to showcase and sell their work.
Apply as a “Student Artist” in the form.

⚙️ Vendor Requirements
Event Day Details
Setup: 9:00–11:00 AM
Event Time: 12–4 PM
Breakdown: After 4 PM, completed by 5:30 PM
Vendors selling goods must hold a valid Rhode Island sales permit.
Please keep your area clean and holiday-ready throughout the event.

Holiday Paws Downtown Block Pawty is a rain-or-shine outdoor event.
Please plan accordingly with tent weights, coverings, and weather-ready displays.
No refunds will be issued due to weather or cancellations after acceptance.
