A dog-friendly holiday celebration in the heart of Downtown Providence!
We’re welcoming a curated mix of pet-friendly brands, local artisans, holiday boutiques, makers, and food vendors to be part of this inaugural downtown celebration.
If your products or services make great gifts for pets or their people — or help bring holiday cheer — this event is for you!
🐶 Who We’re Looking For
Examples include:
Pet products, treats, accessories, grooming & training
Holiday and winter gifts, crafts, art, and home décor
Food & beverage vendors (must have valid permits)
Local boutiques and small-batch makers

💚 Vendor Fee: $75

Power Access (optional) +$15
10×10 Pop-Up Tent Rental (optional) +$50
Two 6’ Tables & Two Chairs (optional) +$30
Vendors may bring their own setup or choose to rent equipment for convenience.
All rentals will be delivered and set up on-site by BCR Creative Relations prior to vendor arrival.
Spaces will be located along Westminster & Aborn Streets, surrounding music, photo, and performance zones for high visibility.

⚙️ Vendor Requirements
Vendors have the option to bring their own 10×10 pop-up tent, tables, and chairs, or may pay additional fees to have equipment rented and delivered on-site through BCR Creative Relations
Setup: 9:00–11:00 AM | Event Hours: 12–4 PM
Breakdown: Begins after 4:00 PM — must be fully completed by 5:30 PM
Vendors must hold a valid Rhode Island sales permit if selling goods
Keep your booth area clean and dispose of all trash properly
🌦️ Weather & Refund Policy
Holiday Paws Downtown Block Pawty is a rain-or-shine outdoor event.
Please plan accordingly with tent weights, coverings, and weather-ready displays.
No refunds will be issued due to weather or cancellations after acceptance.
📝 Application & Selection Process

Applications reviewed on a rolling basis until all 20 spaces are filled
Vendors selected based on product quality, presentation, and alignment with event theme
Accepted vendors will receive a confirmation email and invoice
Payment due within 5 days to hold your space
Final vendor list and booth assignments shared in November
